We understand that sometimes things get in the way of...well, LIFE! Please understand that we look forward to servicing you at your scheduled time. Due to the recent increase in last minute cancellations and No Show occurrences, WE HAVE A FIRM POLICY for appointments that are not met and/or canceled prior to close of business the day before your scheduled appointment. EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2017 WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE a fee of $45 TO THE CARD ON FILE, or at next appointment, FOR CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES MADE AFTER CLOSE OF BUSINESS THE DAY PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND FULL APPOINTMENT COST FOR A NO SHOW OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
All clients are required to guarantee their session with a card held on file. If you chose not to provide Longevity Wellness with a card, the reserved appointment time is tentative and non confirmed and will be rescheduled if another client wishes to confirm that time with a card.
Thank you for making sure you schedule THE BEST time that works for your schedule and giving us sufficient advance notice in the event of your inability to keep your scheduled appointment. We have reserved your scheduled time especially for you, and want to help you in the best way that we can. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated!
