Angela, a native of Mt Pleasant, studied bodywork at the Institute for Therapeutic Massage while living in New York. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Therapy, Reiki, and Ashiatsu-a modality where she uses overhead bars to balance and her bare feet to massage.

Angela started lifting heavy weights in 2014 to keep up with the physical demands of massage. This progressed into training for Powerlifting and she had her first competition in 2017.

With six years of bodywork experience, Angela continues to be passionate about providing people with relief from tension, pain, and stress. Using a holistic approach, she implements her skills to help your body heal itself. Like all of our staff, Angela believes massage is not a luxury, but a necessity to help maintain health and wellness.

Elle moved to Charleston after playing professional basketball in Europe. When playing overseas, Elle worked with a massage therapist that cured her achilles tendonitis that plagued her for years.  This experience ignited a passion for preventative medicine where she decided to pursue massage therapy at Southeastern Institute of Neuromuscular Massage.

Elle hopes to help athletes from all levels to heal and recover more quickly, and to reach their full potential.  She is continuing her education to learn Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Corrective Exercise through a NASM certification.  Her interest in athletics, movement, and freeing the body from pain makes her an ideal therapist for sports and deep tissue massage.

Joshua Clark joins the Longevity Wellness team with a variety of medical, sports, exercise, and stretching knowledge.  Originally from Sumter, SC, Joshua relocated to Charleston 12 years ago and began a career in medical assisting.  The interaction with patients, mostly an older population, and their gratitude for his work led Joshua to training for preventative care.

Joshua practiced as a Crossfit coach for over 5 years with an original focus on Crossfit gymnastic movements, realizing he had a passion for corrective exercise, foam rolling, stretch therapy, and self-care.  This passion led him to massage therapy, where he studied at Trident Technical College.  His extensive knowledge in stretch therapy allows him to take the body through a complete and thorough stretch therapy session.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, skateboarding, hanging out with his wife and dog, and home renovation projects.
