WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A FEE OF $65 TO THE CARD ON FILE, OR AT THE NEXT APPOINTMENT, FOR CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES WITHIN A 24-HOUR PERIOD OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND FULL APPOINTMENT COST FOR A NO SHOW OR SAME DAY CANCELLATION OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT A RESCHEDULE DOES CREATE A LOSS OF REVENUE FOR MASSAGE THERAPISTS/ESTHETICIANS AND DIRECTLY AFFECTS THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE. ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GUARANTEE THEIR SESSION WITH A CARD SECURELY HELD ON FILE** YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL NOT BE VIEWED OR SHARED BY ANYONE OUTSIDE OF THE ORGANIZATION. A 3.5% FEE APPLIES WHEN USING A CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT, INCLUDING MEMBERSHIP CHARGES. CASH AND DEBIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THIS FEE. WE DO NOT ALLOW WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS. ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK APPOINTMENT AND PROVIDE A CARD ON FILE VIA PHONE OR ONLINE BOOKING AT LEAST AN HOUR AND A HALF PRIOR TO THE PREFERRED APPOINTMENT TIME. VIEW ALL POLICIES HERE.
